true love

according to this photo and video below it show that there is true love
this man propose to is girl friend when he was Arrested

Marriage proposals are meant to be a special moment that comes with careful planning, but that wasn't the case for an Oklahoma couple who got engaged in a rare situation.
Police officers were arresting Brandon Thompson for six felony warrants at his Muskogee home on the 4th of July when he made a shocking request to propose to his girlfriend, Leandria Keith.
Police body camera captured the 35-year old in handcuffs on his birthday asking his mother if he should "do it now" and told her to get the ring. When he got hold of the ring he got down on one knee and shocked his girlfriend by proposing to her outside their yard.
"I love you," Thompson is heard saying. "Will you be my wife, please?"
Keith said yes. The officer wearing the bodycam is then seen switching Thompson's handcuffed hands from his back to his front so he could place the engagement ring on Keith's finger.
The bride-to-be told Newson6 that she was shocked by what happened, but knew what her answer would be.
?Oh my gosh is he serious?? she told News On 6. ?But I knew I was gonna say yes. Like, I love him a lot. We go through our ups and downs. I guess it?s like an unconditional love, you know??
Thompson was eventually taken away and booked. The couple who have been together since May 2016 plan on tying the knot after he gets through all his legal troubles.
Muskogee County District Court documents show Thompson had six felony warrants out for his arrest. But he was released the next day after his wife to be, pulled the couple's savings together to bail him out of jail.
Thompson's next court appearance will be July 17.

FAAN Can’t Take Over MMA2 – Babalakin

The chairman of Bi-Courtney Services, operators of the Murtala Muhammed Airport Two (MMA2) in Lagos, Wale Babalakin, has declared that the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) cannot take over the management of the terminal when it clocks its twelfth year of operation in the next two years, as threatened by the FAAN.
Mr. Babalakin explained that doing so would violate MMA2’s contractual agreement with the federal government, adding that such disregard for contracts discourages potential investors from investing in Nigeria’s aviation industry.
“FAAN even went as far as lying that we wrote the agreement ourselves, meanwhile, it was the government that wrote the agreement,” he said.
“There is inadequate education, consistency and failure to honor agreements in everything we do. Professor Akande wrote the agreement as solicitor to the federal government and we only inherited the agreement. A government that does not honor its own agreement can’t be taken seriously by outsiders.”
Speaking at the Aviation Round Table (ART) held in Lagos on Thursday, Mr. Babalakin insisted that the final agreement reached between the company and the federal government was a 36-year contract, and not 12 years as being peddled by the FAAN.
He explained that there were three agreements for the reconstruction of the former terminal one building, which the company took over.
The first, he said, was an agreement that Bi-Courtney Services would reconstruct the terminal for N2.7 billion, saying that “government had wanted to construct a shed and not a terminal building.”
Mr. Babalakin maintained that his company eventually spent N36 billion in constructing the terminal and both parties involved in the contract consented to a 36-year agreement for a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) scheme.
He maintained that if FAAN carried out its threat, it indicated that the agency did not obey the presidency, office of the Attorney General of the Federation, and even the courts on the matter.
“We are waiting for FAAN to carry out its threat of taking over the MMA2 from us when it is 12 years old. We are waiting for them to do that, but if they attempt or do that, it shows that FAAN does not obey the presidency, office of the Attorney General of the Federation and others,” he said.
Mr. Babalakin also disclosed that in order to address the situation, Bi-Courtney had approached the arbitration panel set up by the Attorney General of the Federation with three compositions each from both parties and the panel unanimously ruled in favor of the terminal operator.
Subsequently, he explained that six appeals from different bodies, including the FAAN, Arik Air, National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE), Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN), Ojemaie Holdings, and one other were all in favor of Bi-Courtney.
He, however, said that Arik Air went as far as the Supreme Court, but was equally dismissed within five minutes by the judges, adding that former president, the late Umaru Yar’Adua, also after a meeting with the parties involved in the contractual crisis, supported the company.
Also speaking at the occasion, the Minister of Information, Tourism, Art and Culture, Lai Mohammed urged every government agency to respect agreements reached with any investors, not only in the aviation industry, but in every aspect of the economy.

Corruption Incorporated By Nigerian Union Of Thieves At The National Assembly -Charly Boy

It didn't use to be this bad. No thanks to the evil ones; the corrupt geniuses.

I see that the legislooters in our irrational Assembly have taken an oath to divide us, impoverish us, and break us into ethnic factions and religious mugu's.
They have taken an oath to destroy Naija as they worship and bow to CORRUPTION...They have sold the little part of humanity that is left in them. They have no shame left in their game.

Amnesty for known Bandits? Somebody, please slap me back into reality.
I am beyond flabbergasted by the audacity of our dishonorable Irrational Assembly riffraffs attempting to frustrate the ongoing war against corruption by sponsoring a bill to exonerate fantastically corrupt criminals and thieves as long as they “invest” their loot in Nigeria.
While a country like China is stamping death penalty on corrupt politicians, our own lawbreakers disguised as "Lawmakers" are preparing a soft landing for Corruption. Never in the history of this Nation has corruption been so voracious in fighting back, the leadership of the anti-graft body designated to fight corruption; EFCC, still faces a hostile Senate. Now, we understand why it took the intervention of human rights lawyers and the presidency to retain the EFCC Boss, Ibrahim Magu who recently declared that concerted efforts are being made by some big bone-headed Nigerians at the top to neutralize the fight against corruption. What he probably didn’t say was that the barracks of corruption is our legislative houses.
Corruption is one major factor perpetuating poverty.
This useless "Amnesty Bill" which has passed the second reading, seeks to foreclose investigations of high-profile corruption cases, and thus, negate, not only the right of Nigerians to know the truth about what happened to their commonwealth, and their right to justice and accountability.
We must begin to call out these criminals by their names. We must begin to exercise our power and activate our right to recall legislooters.
Our movement is calling on the good people of Ohaukwu constituency in Ebonyi State, please recall your son Linus Okorie - he desperately needs quick mental evaluation plus medical attention. Ebonyi state can do better. In retrospect, the state gave us Akanu Ibiam; a distinguished statesman should not allow this imbecile to destroy its repuation on the national stage.
The recall process must kick-off in earnest, two-legged,  brain foreclosed moron called Linus. The stark embarrassment to Ebonyi State must not be allowed to continue to insult our intelligence.

This rape by political criminals parading themselves as leaders and lawmakers has gone on for too long un-resisted, they want their victims to start accepting that this criminal rape is now "consensual sex." If it wasn't for our docility, we might not have found ourselves on this altar of shame. Nigerian youths must unanimously stand up to this kinda evil. Enough is Enough.
Nigerian youths, it is time to standup and be counted.
There comes a time in the history of a Suffering people when the Status quo that has eternally failed can no longer be sustained. Let the hungry, angry, vexed, frustrated and hopeless be bonded in a Coalition of the willing to reclaim a country that's desperately in need of a new direction and a New Path to chart.

Retiree Docked For N120m Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC today July 13, 2017 arraigned Sahel Technical Services Limited and one Umar Faruk, before Justice M. T. Aliyu of the Kaduna State High Court, Kaduna on a 2-count charge of criminal breach of trust and diversion of public funds to the tune of N120, 700, 000, 00.
Umar, who is director of Sahel Technical Services Ltd, had in March 2014 secured a contract from the Kaduna State Ministry of Local Government to supply 115 units of hand tillers to all the 23 Local Government Areas of the state.
He was paid the sum of N 120,700, 000.00 in three installments for commencement of the contract which was to be delivered within twelve weeks.
Umar didn't meet up with the stipulated time frame for the supplies and sought for further extension which was obliged him but till date, the equipment are yet delivered and the money involved has not been refunded.

Count two of the charge reads, "That you, Sahel Technical Services Limited, a limited liability company; Umar Faruk a director in Sahel Technical Services Limited and another now at large sometime in 2014 in Kaduna within the judicial division of the Kaduna High Court being entrusted with property to wit: the sum of N120,700,000 ( one hundred and twenty million seven hundred thousand naira) by the Kaduna State Ministry of Local Government as part payment for the purchase of 115 pieces of Hand Tillers did dishonestly convert to your own use in violation of Legal Contract which you made in regard to the said sum and you thereby committed an offense contrary to section 311 of the Penal Code Law of Kaduna State and Punishable under Section 312 of the same law."
Both accused persons pleaded not guilty to the charges.
EFCC counsel Joshua Saidi thereafter applied for a date for commencement of trial while praying the Court to remand the accused in prison custody.
Defense counsel Grace Jatau applied orally for bail, which defense counsel vehemently opposed.
Justice Aliyu however granted the accused bail in the sum of N10 million with one surety in like sum who must be resident within the jurisdiction of the Court and own landed property, also within the jurisdiction of the Court.
The surety must also have the Certificate of Occupancy of the residence verified by the Kaduna State Ministry of Lands, while also providing evidence of payment of tax for the last 10 years.
The case was adjourned to November 16, 2017 for commencement of trial.

Fashola Promises Improved Power Supply By August

The Minister of Power Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, announced that Nigerian households would enjoy an improved power supply by August.
The minister said this on Thursday in a speech delivered at an event called “Power Sector Reform In Nigeria: Challenges and the Way Forward,” held at the University of Lagos.
“We are working round the clock to solve the [power supply] problem. We are going to get more power by August,” Mr. Fashola pledged.
“How we get equipment, transformers, and all of the equipment needed within the next cycle of 60 to 90 days is critical so that we don’t lose all that energy that is coming from the raining season,” he added.
The power minister explained that although Nigerians mainly interact with the distribution companies, they are not the only players in the Nigerian power sector. He said ordinary Nigerians who illegally supply substandard power equipment exacerbate the challenges the sector faces.
He explained that such activities are criminal offenses and punishable by the Nigerian law, adding that the federal government is doing everything it can to ensure the power challenges are solved promptly.
“If you don’t pay for electricity, you have violated a law. But we are now trying to make that law stronger, and we are looking at how to include fines and to increase the consequences. We want to make it easier to comply than to violate,” he said.
Mr. Fashola also informed his audience that meters are calibrated differently for different distribution companies, adding that for a meter to be transferred, it has to be recalibrated by the distribution company in its new area of use.
“There are different types of consumers and therefore they require different kinds of meters. Meters are calibrated differently for each distribution company. So, the meter that Ikeja disco has -  if you move them from Ikeja disco, they must be recalibrated before you can use them. If you use the wrong meter, you’ll pay the wrong tariff,” he warned.
On the agitation to cancel the privatization of the power sector, the power minister said, “Instead of saying ‘cancel the privatization,’ I would rather say, let us rework the privatization and re-engineer it to make it work.
“When people ask us to cancel the privatization, I ask them how that impacts our moving forward when we demonstrate that we are a nation that cancels a respecting contract. Where are we going to get the dollars to refund [the contractors]? Because they paid in dollars and I don’t think they would accept naira. We cannot keep canceling, there must be a point where we can make things work and I guess that is what this administration is about. We can make it work,” the minister said.

Nigeria police parade 7 for kidnapping in abuja

The Nigeria Police Force, on Thursday, paraded seven suspects alleged to have been responsible for a series of abductions for ransom, cattle rustling and robberies on the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway. The suspects were paraded at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
Among them were 45-year old Ibrahim Gurgu, Abdulazeez Idris, 40; Shuaibu Ibrahim, AKA Kadi, 29; and Ibrahim Isiyaku, 30. Others were Usman Datti, 30; Kabiru Musa, 27; and Haruna Umar, 24.
A statement signed by Mr. Jimoh Moshood, Force Public Relations Officer, said the suspects were caught with one AK-47 rifle, two locally made pistols, 30 rounds of live ammunition, one magazine, two pieces of military camouflage, three cutlasses and charms.
Their arrest, the Police explained, was a result of concerns arising from rampant kidnappings, robberies and other violent crimes on the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway. These crimes provoked a reaction from the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Mr. Ibrahim K. Idris, who, in June, deployed an additional 600 Police personnel to arrest the trend of violent crimes on the road as well as in the Federal Capital Territory, Niger and Kaduna states.
Those deployed were men and officers of the Special Intervention Forces, comprising Intelligent Response Team (IRT), Special Tactical Squad (STS), Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), Anti-Kidnapping Units, Police Mobile Force (PMF) and Counter-terrorism Units.
The deployment led to the arrest of the suspects, on 19 June and 8 July, at their hideouts in Gwagwada, Kangimi and Katari villages in Kaduna State. Preliminary investigations, said the Police, revealed that they were responsible for abductions, robberies and cattle rustling on the highway, offenses they allegedly confessed to and for which they will be arraigned in court once investigations are completed.
The Force added that the operations along Abuja-Kaduna Road will be sustained, adding that similar efforts on major highways in the country are also being executed with vigor and will equally be ramped up.

man u have buy new striker lukaku for new season let se if there going to give Zlatan new job or not

When football star, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, suffered a serious knee injury in the Europa League win over Anderlecht in April, a lot of fans feared the worst and doctors confirmed he will be out of football till 2018.
Now, Zlatan, the self confessed 'god amongst men' has shocked medical doctors at Carrington training complex with his recovery, and apart from the fact he is now set to return to fitness in October, Man U coach, Jose Mourinho, is reportedly ready to offer him a new short term deal that will see him combine with £75m Romelu Lukaku upfront.Ibrahimovic was Man U's highest goalscorer last season and helped the club to a Europa League and Capital one Cup win.
The report, published by Sun UK reads:
It had been feared his career could even be over when the forward was officially released by United this month, as the option on his two-year deal was not taken up by the club.
Despite being released by United, Ibrahimovic has stayed in Cheshire full-time to regain his fitness.
The striker is working at United’s Carrington training complex, when the norm is for foreign players to rehabilitate themselves abroad.
SunSport understands the United medical staff are amazed by the Swede’s recovery this summer, with boss Jose Mourinho expected to offer last season’s top scorer a short-term deal until the end of the campaign.
'The former Paris Saint-Germain forward employs his own full-time physio, who has been working in conjunction with the United medical staff, to execute a programme that has seen the striker return well ahead of schedule.'
'Zlatan is keen to get back to full fitness as soon as possible after seeing the club sign Romelu Lukaku, with other new recruits expected to come through the Old Trafford door before next month’s league opener against West Ham.'
Offers from Major League Soccer, China and the Premier League have come in, but Ibrahimovic’s first choice will be to continue his career in the North West.'

Australian Surgeons Replace Man's Thumb With His Toe After It Was Severed By A Bull

An Australian cattle worker whose thumb was severed by a bull has undergone a successful surgery by replacing it with his toe.
20-year-old Zac Mitchell was attacked back in April while working on a remote farming property in Western Australia.
Explaining the incident, the young cattle working said “a bull kicked my hand into the fence.' he told the BBC.
According to him, his fellow workers had attempted to preserve his thumb immediately after the accident before he was flown to a hospital in the state capital of Perth, but efforts to save his thumb ultimately failed.
“They put it in the esky [cooler] with some ice,” he said
Mitchell underwent two unsuccessful operations to reattach his thumb before doctors opted to relocate his big toe in the surgery lasting eight hours.
He agreed to the successful transplant operation at the Sydney Eye Hospital two weeks ago.
The lead plastic surgeon Dr. Sean Nicklin told BBC in a chat that he was not surprised it took time for Mirchell to accept.
“It is a bit of a crazy idea – the [patient] do not want to be injured in another part of their body,” he said. “[However] even if you have got four good fingers, if you do not have something to pinch against them, your hand has lost a huge amount of its function.”
According to him, he will need more than 12 months of rehabilitation before he returns to return to farm work.
The Sydney Eye Hospital said it was rare to transplant a complete toe, like in Mr. Mitchell’s case, although partial toe relocations were more common.
“A lot of people think their balance and walking is going to be significantly affected which it generally isn’t,” Dr. Nicklin said.
Mr. Mitchell’s mum, Karen, confirmed that his son is making a good recovery. “Two weeks since the operation his walking is almost back to normal.”

hosband and wife need help

A soon-to-be married couple was left unconscious and in need of emergency help after their attempt at practising a dance move from the iconic "Dirty Dancing" movie went wrong.

Bride-to-be Sharon Price, 52, and fiance Andy Price, 51, were in a pub beer garden with family enjoying the sunshine in Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset, when Sharon's niece and nephew began messing around, trying to do the famous Dirty Dancing lift where Jennifer Grey leapt into the arms of Patrick Swayze and he lifted her above his head in the 1987 movie...Sharon and Andy, who have both watched the film more than 30 times decided then to practise the dance and do it on their wedding day, which is next year.
As their family watched, Sharon ran at Andy ready for him to lift her above his head but they both ended up flat out on the grass. Andy hit his head so hard he was knocked out while Sharon was bruised and unable to breathe. As they remained sprawled on the grass, their family thought they were joking. They eventually dialled 999 when it became obvious it was serious. Paramedics arrived and loaded Andy into an ambulance after cutting off his t-shirt. They switched on the blue lights as they rushed him to Southmead Hospital in Bristol. Sharon said doctors laughed when she told them how the accident happened.
She recalled: "I have always loved Dirty Dancing and it is one of my all-time favourite films. We were in the beer garden and my niece and nephew were messing around trying to do the lift. So I looked at Andy and suggested that we have it as our first dance at our wedding. We immediately set about trying to recreate that iconic moment. But it's fair to say it didn't go to plan. When I ran at Andy he tried to lift me, but we just collided. At first, our family thought we were just messing about but they soon realised we had actually really hurt ourselves."She continued: "The paramedics were pretty worried about Andy and cut his t-shirt off and blue-lighted him up to Southmead Hospital. We are OK now but Andy has a bruised back and neck and my back still hurts."The couple, who are both grandparents, is doing alright but have decided to do a slow dance for their wedding. No lifting

A Cops Accused of Racially of first and only Black Elected state attorney

Cops Accused Of Racially Profiling Florida's First And Only Black Elected State Attorney, Before Discovering Who She Was

Footage from a bodycamera posted online by the Orlando Police Department has resulted in two white Cops being accused of racially profiling Florida's first and only black elected state attorney, Aramis Ayala, before discovering who she was and struggling to explain why they pulled her over.

The video shows the two officers approaching the car of Aramis Ayala after they pulled her over on June 19.
One officer was seen standing at the passenger side window, as the other cop, whose bodycamera was recording, approached her drivers window. Ayala is then seen grabbing her license from her wallet and handing it to over. After she informed the cop that she was the state attorney, he began to try to to explain why-her car was pulled over over.

'Thank you, your tag didn't come back, never seen that before, but we're good now. We ran the tag, I've never seen it before with a Florida tag, it didn't come back to anything, so that's the reason for the stop.Ayala then asked, 'what was the tag run for?'  He replied; 'Oh we run tags through all the time, whether it's a traffic light and that sort stuff, that's how we figure out if cars are stolen and that sort of thing. Also, the windows are really dark, I don't have a tint measure but that's another reason for the stop.'

The state attorney then requested for the officers' names, saying: 'Do you guys have cards on you?' The officer by her window, now sounding nervous, replied;

"One second? actually, this isn't my car but I can write my name down.' He removed a notepad from his pocket, wrote their names down and handed it over. 'There you are, have a good day,' he said as the attorney drove away.Ayala has now confirmed that she was pulled over after leaving Florida A&M University College of Law. While she agreed with police that the stop was lawful, she left no question that she intends to follow it up.

"To be clear, I violated no laws. The license plate, while confidential was and remains properly registered. The tint was in no way a violation of Florida law. Although the traffic stop appears to be consistent with Florida law (my) goal is to have a constructive and mutually respectful relationship between law enforcement and the community. I look forward to sitting down to have an open dialogue with the Chief of Orlando Police Department regarding how this incident impacts that goal."
