Mind you, Beyonce doesn't follow a single person on Instagram, not even her own mother or sister. But Ellen said on her show that she wanted to be that one person Beyonce will follow, then she went on to follow the wish with actions.
Ellen said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show: "So now I have a new goal in life: I want to become the one person that Beyoncé follows."
The 59-year-old TV host then got her audience to do the SIngle Ladies dance which she went on to share on Instagram with the hopes that Beyonce will see it.
Ellen later joked on Instagram: "Stop playing hard to get, @Beyonce."
She's been at it since in her usual funny way, but so far, Beyonce is yet to reply. Now, she's upped the ante. Ellen just shared a billboard she claims she put in front of Beyonce's house.
"I put this billboard up in front of @Beyonce’s house. Too much?" Ellen captioned the photo.
She captioned it: "Seriously, @Beyonce, everyone is doing it. Follow me."
Below is a video of Ellen making her intention known
