Teen facing murder trial for helping 16 year old girl kill herself

Teen facing murder trial for helping 16 year old girl kill herself
A Utah man, Tyerell Przybycien, 18, will be tried for murder in the hanging suicide of 16-year-old Jchandra Brown, whose twisting body was captured on video.
Przybycien was arrested, charged with murder and a misdemeanor count of failing to report a dead body.
A judge ruled Tuesday that he should stand trial in the death of Brown, who asked Przybycien, a close friend, to help end her life.
According to prosecutors, Przybycien texted a friend, saying he was excited to watch someone die. “It be awesome,” he wrote. It would “be like getting away with murder”.
He thoroughly planned the details of her suicide with her and even went as far as buying rope and a spray air duster for her to use to kill herself.
He picked her up from work on May 5 and drove her to Maple Lake, a site he had researched, authorities said.
Przybycien helped fasten the rope to a tree and tied a noose for the poor girl because she didn’t know how to do it herself.
Then he made a pedestal for her to stand on and started recording the teenage girl committing suicide. With his cellphone, he recorded her putting the noose around her neck and inhaling the pressurized air, which caused her to pass out and fall off the pedestal.
Even after she fell off the pedestal and was twisting in pain, Przybycien continued filming for 10 minutes, authorities said. He left the phone near her body, along with the receipt showing that his credit card was used to purchase the rope, prosectuors said.
Przybycien's attorney said his client’s actions did not cause the girl’s death and that she was responsible for ending her life.
Tuesday’s court ruling said it was “reasonable to infer” that he intended to cause Brown’'s death, adding that without his actions, she would not have died.
If convicted of murder, Przybycien could face 15 years to life in prison. However, he is expected to enter a plea bargain later this month.

She said:
“I was in extreme, excruciating physical pain,”  she said about the 2014 incident.
She said that her relationship with the fighter was “very passionate” and “very tumultuous,” as well as “very abusive.”
It all started when War Machine came to her Las Vegas home unannounced one night and became enraged when he found her in bed with another man, businessman Corey Thomas.
She said:
“He came in and jumped on top of me and started beating me in the face,” Thomas recalled. “I'm down on all fours, he's trying to choke me. I’m bleeding from my face, I can't see.”
“While he was beating my friend, I made a 911 call,” she said.

She said War Machine then turned his attention back on her, and unleashed two hours of merciless terror on her.
“This was a whole new level I had never experienced," she said. "He punched my teeth out, he broke my nose, my complete eye socket was fractured,” she said. “I could hear him going through the drawers downstairs and finding knives. I knew this was my chance, this was my only chance. If I do not leave now, I will die.”
She said she ran out of the back door of her house and jumped over the fence. She was naked and covered in blood, and went door-to-door until someone around the block answered and called for help.
“I need police or medical. There is a lady in front of my door beaten up," the neighbor told a 911 dispatcher. "I don't know who beat her up."

He was sentenced to 36-years to life.
“I do feel quite a bit safer with him being away for that amount of time,” she admitted.
Mack says she is recovering well, and is now devoting herself to helping other victims of domestic and dating violence.
“I do feel that justice has been served and I hope that so many more people can [also],” Mack said.

Lupita Nyong'o claims Harvey Weinstein also sexually assaulted her

Lupita Nyong
Lupita Nyong'o has joined the long list of women who have accused disgraced mogul movie producer, Harvey Weinstein of trying to undress in front of her in a bedroom.
According to TMZ:
Nyong'o says she met Weinstein in 2011 at an awards ceremony in Berlin while she was still a student at the Yale School of Drama. Lupita claims several months later, she was invited by Weinstein to join him at his family home in Connecticut for a screening of a film.
Nyong'o says she arrived at Weinstein's home, met his wife and children and Harvey set her up to watch the film in his private screening room. According to Lupita, Weinstein interrupted the film just 15 minutes in and invited her to his private bedroom.
Once in the bedroom, Lupita says Harvey asked if he could give her a massage. The actress says she panicked and offered to give the producer one instead, he obliged, removed his shirt and laid down on the bed.
Nyong'o claims she fled the producer's home when he tried to remove his pants.
The actress says she turned down another advance by Weinstein not long after the massage incident and he threatened her career. It was after she won an Oscar in 2014 that Weinstein approached her once again, begging her to star in one of his films ... an offer she declined.
